Regardstone Refund Policy
Effective date: October 2, 2026
Regardstone cards are digital and go out as soon as you send them, so refunds work a little differently than for a physical gift. Here's how.
If your card can't be delivered, you aren't charged
When you pay, we hold the payment and only take it once the card has been handed off for delivery. If we can't send it, we release the hold and you pay nothing, at the latest a day after you paid. Your bank may show a pending charge for a few days before it disappears.
If the card is sent but then bounces or fails to arrive because of a problem on our side or our email provider's, we'll refund you in full. We do this automatically.
If you change your mind
You can get a full refund if you ask within 24 hours of sending. We'll disable the card's page, so the link shows the card has been withdrawn.
We can't unsend the email itself. The recipient may still see your name in the email in their inbox.
Otherwise
After those 24 hours, we don't offer refunds, except:
- Billing mistakes. If you were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount, we'll fix it.
- Where the law requires a refund.
We also don't refund cards we removed for breaking our Terms, for example for harassment or spam.
Wrong address? If you typed the recipient's email incorrectly and the card went to a real but wrong address, that isn't a delivery failure. Within the window above, it's a normal change-of-mind refund. After that, write to us and we'll disable the card's page even if we can't refund it.
How to ask
Email hello@regardstone.com from the address you used when sending, and include the order number from your receipt. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
If something went wrong, please write to us before disputing the charge with your bank. It's faster for you, and we'll make it right.
